STATUS UPDATE: Crews are surveying the Tok HWY Cuttoff between Aurora to Chistichina and on the Old Edgerton.

2023 Construction Season

Copper Valley Telecom has had a couple of groundbreaking years of construction, and we’re not stopping yet! We are excited about another year of expanding our infrastructure. After all, we are dedicated to providing the services that allow you to live your best life in this Alaskan wilderness we call home!

Customers may notice CVT contractors and employees alongside the roadside system as they complete surveying on the Tok HWY Cutoff between Aurora to Chistichina as well as on the Old Edgerton HWY. Fiber-to-the-Home construction in these areas will begin in May as snow levels allow.

Expect to see Copper Valley Telecom contractors and employees alongside the road system and on property within the utility easement while building fiber in your area. Check the list below to see which advancements are headed your way in the coming months.

Construction completed this year will allow for in-home installations next summer. Customers will be contacted when installations become available in their area.
