Copper Valley Telecom has scheduled maintenance affecting all services, for early Thursday morning, February 26, 2026, from approximately 2:00 - 4:00 a.m. During this window, an outage is expected lasting approximetly 30 minutes - 1 hour in Glennallen, Mentasta, Chitina, and the surrounding areas. By reaching out, you’ll help our team gather a few quick details, such as the phone number you’re using, the company sending the message, when you tried to receive it, and the number those messages have come from in the past, if available. This information allows us to better track where the problem is happening and move toward a fix faster.

Because these messages are sent through many different systems, they aren’t all routed the same way, which makes troubleshooting more complex.

We also recommend setting up more than one way to receive verification codes, such as both text and email, so you can still access important accounts if one method isn’t working. Thank you for helping us work through this and for your patience as we get it resolved.
