UPDATE 05.30 6:30 AM: Service has been fully restored as of around 2:30 AM following the completion of repairs, and we are grateful of your patience during the resolution of this issue. This incident underscores the importance of our Broadband Revamp project, as previously discussed in our Annual Meetings, recent newsletters, and letters to customers. We’re steadily advancing towards enhancing network resilience and anticipate finishing this critical project by the end of 2024.

UPDATE 11:45 PM: Our upstream provider has apprised us that repairs to the damaged fiber are underway, but they are taking longer than expected. The new estimated completion time is 2 AM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

UPDATE 8:00 PM: Our upstream provider has reported that while crews are working diligently, repairs are taking longer than originally anticipated. They now estimate the fiber repair to be completed around midnight tonight.

UPDATE 5:00 PM: We’ve been informed by our upstream provider that the disruptions are due to fiber damage in Oregon. Their crews are already on site and working hard to repair the fiber. We anticipate that service will be restored by approximately 10:30 PM tonight. Thank you for your patience.

3:00 PM: Copper Valley Telecom customers may be experiencing intermittent internet connectivity at the moment due to an issue with our upstream provider. Our technicians are diligently working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
