UPDATE 07.29.22: Copper Valley Telecom is continuing to work closely with our upstream partner provider, who is in communication with the major streaming companies to ensure streaming services are restored.

UPDATE 07.25.22: The upstream provider utilized by CVT has confirmed that it made the necessary changes to restore streaming services. This resolution will go into effect as various streaming providers update their servers. The full restoration of services may take several days. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE 07.20.22: We are aware that some users are continuing to experience streaming troubles. Our support team is continuing to work in conjunction with our upstream provider to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding, while we work to restore your streaming services

UPDATE 07.19.22:  Copper Valley Telecom’s upstream provider has resolved the streaming login issue. The resolution may take up to 24 hours to implement for all customers. Some Copper Valley Telecom customers may be experiencing trouble connecting to various streaming providers. This is due to a routing issue with a CVT upstream provider.
