Update: 10:54. Services have been restored.

Update: 9:47. Fiber splicing is complete. Work continues on splicing copper pairs. Services continue to come online.

Update: 8:54. Services are slowly coming online for some members.

Update: 8:40. Technicians are halfway through splicing the second fiber cable. Thank you for your continued patience.

Update: 8:19. Technicians continue to make good progress on splicing the fiber cable. Work also continues on splicing copper pairs to restore services.

Update: 7:30. Work continues. Willow Mountain cell site is back online.

Update: 6:15 Technicians continue work on repairs.

Update: Technicians are on-site and working to repair CVT fiber and copper line cut around 1 mile of the Edgerton Highway. Internet and cellular services are affected in Glennallen, Willow Mountain, Edgerton Highway, Kenny Lake, Chitina, and McCarthy. Repairs are expected to take multiple hours.

CVT is experiencing an outage for internet and some landline and wireless services north and surrounding the Edgerton Highway. Our technicians are working diligently to resolve the issue. Restoration of services is unknown at this time. We will continue to keep you apprised of the situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.
