I signed up for SPAM filtering and I'm still receiving SPAM

Spam not being caught (false negatives):

If you have spam going through that are not getting trapped by Copper Valley Internet SPAM filters, simply send samples to us for analysis.

The best way to send us your spam depends on the type of email program you use:

Send the samples to spamtrap@cvinternet.net.

I have been getting several unwanted e-mails, how do I access the blocked senders list to add them to it?

Login to http://webmail.cvinternet.net Click Settings-->Blacklist-->Add

I can't change my email password

All Copper Valley Internet accounts use the same password, including your email and your DSL modem, or dialup account. If you'd like a new password, call us. If we allowed you to change it yourself, your Internet service may be interrupted
